Guided Web is our approach to deploy artificial intelligence within a website in such a way that the AI unobtrusively accompanies the user.
What makes Guided Web different?
The most striking innovation is the communication approach: the bot is permanently available, knows where the user is and can always support him. It accompanies the user cautiously. The user triggers the first interaction with the bot, if necessary. The user finds the bot – not the other way round! Thus a strong relevance of the bot for the user is given.
The second approach is the depth of communication. The bot can process a very high range of topics. The user can inform himself about products, services of the website, or also about returns and other concerns from the sales service. Communication generally takes place in real time and also supports non-linear conversation on topics that are not directly related to the current product or process. At the same time, the bot understands the indirect significance of inputs.
Third, we have abandoned the classic chat flow. The user “chats” with the website – which is individually assembled to his session and the topics that the user looks at and asks.
Guided Web is the website!

Why you should work with us…
Guided Web is a highly innovative product. Guided Web supports your entire digital communication channel with your customers through artificial intelligence: from normal website functions, e-commerce cart & checkout, personalized product recommendations, returns processing, service support, and much more.
The whole at a glance – step by step to success
Successful bot projects are characterized by the fact that the user is confronted with an artificial intelligence which is clearly identifiable as such for the user. In addition, the user is provided with exactly the information he needs at the right time and in the right place through sophisticated user guidance and dedicated support.
The user finds the bot – not the other way round. This increases the acceptance rate enormously and the bot actually appears intelligent. On the other hand, the application area and the tasks of the bot must be clearly identifiable and delimited for the user.
We see it as our task to assist and advise our customers in the process of successfully deploying artificial intelligence on their digital channels.
We always have the big picture in mind: the bot should ideally take care of part of the customer communication without a hitch, if necessary, call in the support staff and hand over the information collected from the previous communication. He should initiate business processes and control them independently according to defined rules, connect digital communication channels, play out personalized advertising and products, etc.
Artificial intelligence and chatbots are a relatively young topic that is currently generating a great deal. In order not to be overwhelmed by the requirements of the big picture, we break down the goals into manageable work packages and always implement them with the focus that the bot ultimately converts in front of the user. Only then can the bot make a successful contribution to the company and prove its financial added value.
At the end of the day, all that matters is that the bot has to pay for itself! Its performance must be backed up by financial added value.
Guided Web – Product Advisor in the Online Shop
A user visits a mobile website and finds a classic shop. The input bar at the bottom of the screen is active and shows the user in an unobtrusive way using a learned usability that you can enter text here. As soon as the user clicks curiously into the input mask, the hint appears what is hidden behind the input mask.
The user can now use the bot as a product advisor on his way through the shop to find suitable products, ask for background information on products or get help in the purchasing process. The user can also simply use the classic burger menu at the top right at any time.

However the bot reveals itself to the user, the user can communicate directly with the bot through text or voice input. The website expands with the input of the bot and “pushes itself apart”, based on a classic chat flow.
The bot builds the website individually at the moment of communication, the user always has the possibility to scroll the website for older content and – no matter where he is – to give the bot a new input.
The keyword is non-linear conversation. If the user asks an intermediate question that comes to his mind, it is answered. However, the bot does not forget where he has just come from and will offer the user to go back to the starting point in order to continue with his last action – in our example with the product selection after he has informed himself about the sustainable production conditions.
Even the indirect meaning of inputs can be processed by the bot. If the user enters that he does not have a credit card, the bot can list the other payment options in the shop.
